Israel Chukwuyem Jude aka Chuks d general, is a fast rising Abuja based comedian had his debut comedy show called Generally Speaking on Sunday July 17 at Congress hall, Transcorp Hilton, Abuja. Th The place was filled as early as 6pm with people rushing to get in to secure their seats.
The show kick started with uprising Abuja based comedians performing and different MCs took to the mic in between and crowd favorite was Roby Ekpo all the way from Calabar. Chuks came out and received a warm welcome and brought his parents on stage to thank them and they were both proud and excited for him.

Comedians included: Gordons, Julius Agwu, Akpororo, Seyi Law, Osama, Romeo without juliet, Kenny Blaq, Romeo, Amb. Wahala, Short cut, Laugh doctor, Kenny black, Fred Bright and others. There were musical performances by Adekunle Gold, Koker, Skales, White Nigerian, Classiq, Morell, Prokassy, SBM, and others.
Also in the crowd was Francis Duru, Nigerian actor came on stage at some point to show his appreciation for the rising comedian.

NAIJ.com was able to interview celebrities on why they came to support Chuks.
Adekunle Gold said: “I came to support Chuks because he’s always supported me and he is my friend. We go way back and it only makes sense to support him. He is extremely funny and annoying. He just cracks jokes on the spot. I’m not expecting anything less than amazing.”
Seyi Law was emotional when the topic came up because Chuks is as brother to him.
He said: “Chuks is one of the very few comedians that understands what loyalty is about. He is a humble person and the one that is there for a lot of comedians when they come in from Lagos. I will tell you the truth, for everything I land in Abuja, Chuks is always or most of the time at the airport to pick me up. That is the height of humility.
“Not everybody can do that. And for me, that touches my heart. I don’t know to say thank you to him, this is the only thing I can do to say I appreciate you. It’s an emotional one for me. God will continue to bless him for the effort that he puts into making other people happy. God will never stop blessing him.”

Overall, it was a pleasant event full of laughs and the crowd had a lot of fun. It was clear from the crowd that was having fun at the event and the line up of performers that came, that people love and support Chuks, and it was an undeniably certified successful show!
